Questions people ask first
How does the 25 and 10 split actually work?
You earn 25% on the very first order a new customer places with your code, and 10% on every order that same customer places from then on. The 25% is once per customer, not once per order. There is no cap on how many customers you bring.
What is the commission calculated on?
The product subtotal after any discount is applied, excluding shipping and tax. So if your customer uses your 10% off code on a $200 cart, commission is calculated on the $180 they actually paid.
When do I get paid, and how?
Payouts go out on the 1st of each month covering the previous month's delivered orders. We only count delivered orders so that refunds and lost parcels do not have to be clawed back later. Choose e-Transfer, PayPal or Zelle when you apply. No minimum threshold.
Can I use my own code on my own orders?
No. The code is for people you refer. Using it yourself is the one thing that gets a partner removed from the program.
Can my code stack with other Jartides discounts?
No. One code per order. Your code cannot be combined with BE10 or any other promotional code, though it does apply on top of the standard bundle pricing.
What am I allowed to say when I share it?
Say what you like about Jartides as a supplier: the pricing, the COAs, the shipping, your own experience ordering. What you must not do is describe these compounds as treating, curing or improving anything in a person. They are sold for laboratory research only, and a partner who posts human-use claims is putting both of us at risk. Disclose that you earn a commission.
